After hearing the arguments for some time, when I was not inclined to grant reliefs as prayed in the present Bail Application, Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application if the trial does not progress substantially in one year.
