This is an application for regular bail.

The applicants came to be arrested in Crime No.267 of 2024 registered at Tembhurni Police Station, Taluka Mahda, District : Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201, 120(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

The applicants are Accused Nos.2 and 3 in the aforesaid crime. The deceased was the son of the Accused No.4. It is alleged that the deceased was addicted to liquor and used to harass him and other family members. It is alleged that the Accused No.4 fed with the harassment of the deceased, entered into conspiracy with the Accused No.1 to Zeenat Pathan

904-BA-153-2025.doc kill the deceased. It is alleged that pursuant to said conspiracy, on the date of incident, which took place on 20.05.2024, the Accused No.1 and the present applicants committed the murder of the deceased.

The case is based on circumstantial evidence. The motive for the alleged crime is not attributed to the present applicants. There are no other criminal antecedents against the applicants. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application is allowed;

(ii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.267 of 2024 registered at Tembhurni Police Station, Taluka Mahda, District : Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201, 120(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
