Despite the order dated 24th November 2025, directed to submit a report pertaining to the status of the trial and as to why the charges were not framed pursuant to the order dated 22nd September 2025, the said report has not been submitted by the said Court. Today, despite the direction vide the order dated 22nd September 2025 to record the deposition of the victim within four months after the charges were framed, I am 30th January 2026

17-BA-161-2025.DOC informed that, even till date, the deposition of the victim has not been recorded.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) is requested to call for a report from the Trial Court concerned as to why the report was not sent as per the order dated 24th November 2025 and in what circumstances the deposition of the victim is not recorded pursuant to the orders of this Court.
