However, none appears for the Respondent No.2. Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP, submits that Respondent No.2 has sought for legal aid.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply a copy of the Bail Application to Ms. Mallika Sharma to facilitate her to take instructions from the Respondent No.2.
