This Court, by order dated 17th April 2024, permitted the applicant to withdraw the bail application and directed the learned Special Judge to conclude the trial expeditiously. However, it is informed that charges are yet to be framed.

The Trial Court shall therefore take all endeavour to conclude the trial within a year from today. In case the trial is not concluded within period of one year, it shall be open for the applicant to apply for bail after one year.

The bail application stands disposed of.
