Applicant is in incarceration for 3 and 1/2 years and the trial has not commenced yet. Mr. Singh would submit that mother of the Applicant is suffering from 3rd stage of ovarian cancer and there is no one in the family to take care of her. Hence, he requests the Court to take up the present Application for hearing.

Though the medical ground of the mother will not be a ground for considering the Application for out of turn hearing, however considering the long incarceration of the Applicant, the request made by the learned Advocate deserves consideration. Hence, list the
