After hearing the arguments for sometime, Mr Sureshkumar Panicker, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions from Mrs. Sharda Upadhyay, the wife of the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after 15th September 2025

It is also brought to my notice that although chargesheet has been filed on 8th March 2023 itself, till date, charges are not framed. Hence, the Special Judge, Sessions Court at Dindoshi is requested to frame charges within a period of 4 months from the date, on which this order is placed before him.

Application is disposed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
