This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.394 of 2024 registered with Kopari Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(i) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Additional copy of the Bail Application shall be filed in the Department by the Advocate for Applicant.
