The learned A.P.P. submits that only Investigating Officer is remained to be examined, all other witnesses are examined and the trial is at the fag end.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for. However, the applicant is at liberty to file fresh application before this Court in case the trial is not concuded within within a period of three months. With this liberty, Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.

Fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified and paid as per Rules.
