Applicant is indicted for offences punishable under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. In that view of the matter, Ms. Alhat, learned Advocate for Applicant seeks leave and liberty of the Court to add the victim as party Respondent No.2 in the present Application. Amendment is permitted to be carried out forthwith in the presence of the Court. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 4.
