Mr. Chaitanya Purankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant has moved a praecipe for speaking to the minute of order dated 20.06.2025. He points out that in Paragraph No.12(a) of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.215 of 2025, there is typographical error in mentioning the name of the Court. Instead of "Additional Sessions Judge Baramati, District Pune", the same should be recorded as the "Civil Judge Junior Division, Indapur, Pune". Mr. Chaitanya Purankar is right in pointing out the error.

The name of the Court in Paragraph No.12(a), i.e. "Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, District Pune" be substituted by the "Civil Judge Junior Division, Indapur Pune". 3.
