The reply filed by the non-applicant No.2/victim shows that she has terminated her pregnancy, and the samples have already been sent for DNA examination. 3.

Mr. S.V. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant, submitted that he is not having the subsequent statement of the victim dated 08/06/2024, which is not part of the charge-sheet. However, learned APP pointed out that it is a part of charge-sheet.
