Ms. Achari, learned counsel for the Applicant, fairly concedes that the point of law which she has sought to raise before this Court, pertaining to illegal arrest of the Applicant, was not argued before the Trial Court, as it does not find mention in the order of rejection. On instructions, she therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application raising all the contentions before the Trial Court. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
