After arguing the application for some time when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to apply for bail after six months after the material witnesses in the trial are examined.

The bail application accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
