Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant has medical condition. He submits that the medical condition of the Applicant has been referred to in the earlier proceedings and in various orders passed by the learned Sessions Court, Ichalkaranji. 3.

Mr. Vinod Chate, learned APP for the State submits that before considering the case, on medical grounds, the Respondents intend to examine the Applicant and get a medical report from the jail authorities. He requests for two weeks time for examining the Applicant, and placing the medical report on record. 4.
