This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.762 of 2024 registered at Yawat Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 143 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 3,4, 5 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (PITA Act).

The allegations against the present applicant and other coaccused are of inducing the victim in the present crime and compelling her to indulge in prostitution activity. 4.
I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State and perused the statement Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2
35-ba-247-25.doc of the victim.

The victim has not attributed any overt-act to the present applicant. Considering this fact and as there are no other criminal antecedents of similar nature against the present applicant, I am inclined to release him on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.
O R D E R
A] Bail Application is allowed.
B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No.762 of 2024 registered at Yawat Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 143 (2) of the BNS and Sections 3,4, 5 and 8 of the PITA Act on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount. C] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month ,i.e., on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.
