After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial.

The applicant is arrested on 15/12/2023. The trial Court shall expedite the trial.

5.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move before this Court after recording the statement of the victim.

6.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
