Perused the investigation papers and on going through the investigation papers, it reveals that a small girl of 12 years and 9 months was subjected for forceful sexual assault, therefore I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
