The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the Sessions Court has released the main accused on bail. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court. 2.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

If such an application is filed, the Sessions Court shall decide it within a period of three weeks from the date of filing such application.
