Heard Mr. Arjunwadkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent.

Learned Advocate for Applicant has drawn my attention to the order dated 19.03.2025. Praecipe is moved by Applicant, inter alia, stating that his daughter age two and half years old is suffering from Autoimmune Haemolytic Anaemia (for short 'AIHA') which is a rare disease affecting immune system resulting in loss of Red Blood Cells in the body and deterioration of immune system. Daughter of Applicant requires blood transmission at short notice depending upon her medical condition, as also hosptilisation and pre and post rehabilitation case.

Copy of the praecipe alongwith papers and annexures pertaining to the medical ailment of daughter is handed over to

Learned APP is directed by the Court to take appropriate instructions on case of Applicant seeking bail and in view of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by this Court, inter alia delineating the case of prosecution, as also the case of Applicant therein, be ready to argue the Bail Application on merits on the next adjourned date. 4.

In view of the exigency brought to the notice of the Court by Mr. Arjunwadkar, the Bail Application shall be heard and decided on 09th May, 2025. To be placed under the caption 'First on Board' on 'Supplementary Board'.
