Mr. Ayaz Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that one of the ground on which the Applicant is seeking bail is parity. He refers to the bail granted to the co-accused Mr. Chepuri Narsimlu @ Naresh.

Mr. Shriram Shrisat, learned APP for the NCB submits that the Union of India has filed application seeking cancellation of the bail in the case of Chepuri Narsimlu @ Naresh S/o. Chepuri Bucha Goud. He therefore, seeks an adjournment so as to circulate the said application, which according to him is required to taken along with the present application. He states that the appropriate steps would be taken in the said matter.
