After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to grant the reliefs as prayed in the present Bail Application, Ms. Tamsin Mois, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application. Permission to withdraw is granted.

The Trial Court is directed to frame charges within a period of 3 months from the date on which the present order is conveyed to it. Once, the charges are framed, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.

It is the grievance of Ms Mois, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, that the Applicant has not been produced before the Court for a period of 2 years. 5.

The Jail Superintendent of the Thane Central Prison, Thane is directed to produce the Applicant before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing, which is posted on 9th October 2025.
