This is an Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.7 of 2024 registered with Anti Corruption Bureau, Mumbai.

In the present Application, Ms. Kandharkar appears as Special PP as informed by Mr. Ganapathy, learned APP on instructions. As delineated in the order dated 31.01.2025 the Special PP will take appropriate instructions as to whether Applicant has received any amount which is the subject matter of the present crime.

In the charge-sheet, name of the Applicant as also bank account does not appear. Since the Special PP who is appointed is not before me today in order to ensure her presence the Application shall be heard on 13th February 2025 at 02:30 p.m.
