Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for Applicant craves leave to amend/add grounds to Criminal Bail Application No.312 of 2025. He submits that Applicant intends to add grounds in respect of noncompliance with Section 47 of the BNSS. Mr. Bhushan Raut seeks time till 4th September, 2025.

Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for the State, does not object to the amendment, however, submits that he would object on the merits of the said ground. Leave granted to amendment. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy shall be furnished to the learned APP for the State.
