Ms. Seema Dighe, learned Advocate for the Applicant mentions the matter by filing a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 3rd July 2025, stating that there is a typographical error in bail condition no. 11(f) of the order dated 3rd July 2025. She submits that the word 'District' in condition no. 11(f) is an error.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent confirms that the word 'District' used in condition no. 11(f) is required to be removed from the order.

In view of the above, the word 'District' needs to be deleted from the first line of condition no. 11(f) of the order dated 3rd July 2025.

Order dated 3rd July 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website Gitalaxmi
