The learned Public Prosecutor pointed out that now witness summons have already been issued, and status report to that effect is before the Court. The charge has been framed, and matter is listed for witness evidence, with witness list filed and summons is also issued. The matter is scheduled for trial on 20/05/2025.

In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial on 20/05/2025.

The Registrar (Judicial) to convey this order to the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Mehkar, District Buldhana.
