Applicant is indicted in an offence punishable under the provisions of NDPS Act being found in possession of 12 grams of Mephedrone. He is a foreigner. Though the alleged contraband is of intermediate quantity, I have impressed upon the learned Advocate for Applicant to place on record all antecedents and details of the Applicant as to on which date he came to India, his detailed address and reason for coming to India and all such necessary details to enable the Court to consider the present Application. Additional affidavit to that effect shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
