After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief, Ms. Munira Palanpurwala, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the bail application.

Admittedly, the Applicant is arrested on 2nd February 2024 and till date, charges are not framed. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to frame the 7th October 2025

18-BA-332-2025.DOC charges within a period of 3 months from the date this order is presented before the Trial Court.

The Applicant is permitted to file a fresh bail application if the charges are still not framed after the period of 3 months from the date this order is presented before the Trial Court. 4.

Accordingly, permission to withdraw is granted. 5.

The present bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
