This is an application for grant of bail.

Learned APP informed that the investigation is still going on, and the investigation as to whether present applicant has purchased any properties from the proceeds of the crime, is to be carried out. The crime is registered on 05/02/2024 i.e. prior to one year and still that investigation is going on.

Learned APP shall seek instructions within a period of two weeks, as to the said investigation and proceed with this application.
