Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 4th March 2025. 4.
The learned APP waives notice for Respondent No.1 5.
The Investigating Officer shall serve Respondent No.2 and file report of service.

The learned Special Judge seized with Special Case No. 315 of 2021, arising out of CR No. 55 of 2021 registered with Chandannagar 1/2
13-BA-351-2025.DOC Police Station, Pune, is requested to submit a report as regards the stage and progress of the trial and circumstances on account of which the trial could not proceed despite framing of the charge on 12th December 2022.
