This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking Regular Bail in connection with C.R.No.377 of 2020 registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 370 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

There are three accused persons in the present crime. According to the Advocate for Applicant, Applicant is the principal Accused No.1. In the present crime, co-accused are enlarged on bail.

Considering the long incarceration of the Applicant since long, Mr. Karmakar, learned APP is directed to take appropriate instructions and inform the Court about the conduct and status of the trial on the next adjourned date.

I am informed that charge has been framed, however trial has not commenced yet.
