In the fifth paragraph of the order line No.4 and 6 date and time of apprehension, arrest and production before the learned Magistrate is wrongly mentioned. It be corrected as mentioned below : "As per prosecution's case, applicant was apprehended on 29.05.2023 around 7.24 p.m. and he was produced
