This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. The report of the District Judge shows that trial is already commenced and 12 witnesses are already examined. Considering the applicant is arrested on 07.04.2022. The trial court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of at the earliest by keeping the matter on day-to-day basis. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after three months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
