This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.454 of 2024 registered at Bhosari MIDC Police Station, District : Pimpri-Chinchwad for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4 (25) of the Arms Act, 1959. 3.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident, which took place on 8.9.2024, the present applicant and other co-accused came to the shop of the complainant. It is alleged that they told him to pay certain amount to them and when he refused to do so, they assaulted him, ransacked his shop and Sajakali Jamadar

915-BA-358-2025.doc took away rupees four to five thousand, which were there in the cash counter of his shop.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

The applicant was not armed with any weapon. There are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant. The applicant is in jail for four months. Considering the over all facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application is allowed;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.454 of 2024 registered at Bhosari MIDC Police Station, District : Pimpri-Chinchwad for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4 (25) of the Arms Act, 1959 on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e. on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial;

(iv) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
