Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is a second application for bail. As this Court had expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail on 16th January, 2024 the first bail application was withdrawn, with liberty to revive the prayer for bail after one and half year. 3.

The applicant is at liberty to revive the prayer in terms of the paragraph 4 of the order dated 16th January, 2024. Application disposed.
