Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This is the second application for bail. The first bail application, being BA No. 1476 of 2024, was rejected by this Court by an order dated 8th April 2024.

The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. The learned Counsel further submits that the trial be expedited as the applicant is the only accused who is ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL incarcerated. It was submitted that though charge was framed on 20th ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.03.07 18:05:14 +0530 September 2024, there has not been any progress in the trial. 1/2

In view of the aforesaid submission, the application stands disposed as withdrawn.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No. 571 of 2022 arising out of CR. No. 44 of 2023 is requested to commence and conclude the trial in the said Sessions case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
