Applicant stands indicted for offences punishable under the NDPS Act for being in possession of intermediate quantity of 20 grams of MD. He has been in incarceration since 29.04.2023. 4.

Mr. Chauhan would submit that considering the long incarceration of the Applicant and rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act not being applicable, this Court should consider the Bail Application.
