Learned APP makes a statement that out of three witnesses, one has already been examined. Another witness is reported dead. Insofar as third witness is concerned, warrant has been issued to bring him before the Trial Court. She further makes a statement that the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 10th April, 2026. It is her submission that on the said date the third witness will be examined.

It is clarified that even if witness is not examined, appropriate shall be passed in the present application in view of the fact that all co-accused have been enlarged on bail. 3.

Stand over to 15th April, 2026.
