Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the trial has commenced and that six witnesses have already been examined. She states that even though the list of witnesses submitted in the Trial Court indicates that the prosecution intends to examine 22 witnesses, the prosecution has now decided to examine only 9 more witnesses in addition to the witnesses already examined.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Bhosale, Ms. Ayesha Maldar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application.
