It appears that the applicant was arrested on 14.01.2023 and charges were framed on 21.08.2023, however, according to the applicant, there is no progress in the trial.

As such, call the detailed status report from the concerned Trial Court stating the progress in the trial after framing of charge, before the next date. 4.
