Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in spite of directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court to expedite the trial, the Trial Court is not expediting the trial. Hence, requested to pass appropriate orders. 3.

Learned APP submits that, as per his instructions, charge has been framed against the applicant.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as order dated 15th March 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the Trial Court shall consider the observations of the Hon'ble Apex Court and SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM expedite the trial.
