On the last date of hearing, a grievance was made by learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant was not produced before the Trial Court on 50 dates.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the Accused is produced before the Court now and the charge was explained to him. He further makes a statement that the Accused has refused to sign the plea.

Learned Trial Court to submit a report with regard to the statements made by the learned APP. The report be placed before this Court on or before the next date of hearing. 4.
