Learned APP already filed a pursis that on twice she is intimated, but none represents her. Learned Counsel for the applicant has also pointed out that one application filed by her before the trial Court stating that out of misunderstanding, she filed the said report. However, it is necessary to appoint somebody to represent her, therefore, learned Counsel Mr. Viren Joshi is hereby appointed to represent the non-applicant No.2 - victim.

Learned Counsel for the applicant shall furnish the copy of the application and other relevant documents to the appointed Counsel.
