Learned counsel for Applicant submits that there are complete inconsistencies in the statements of the victim recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.PC. It is his submission that even the medical evidence does not support the allegation of the victim that any recent incident of sexual assault is caused on her. It is his submission that since the said statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.PC has not been provided to him and hence he is unable to place reliance on the same.

Learned APP to place the said statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.PC before the Court on the adjourned date.
