By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 850 of 2022 registered with Wakad Police, Pune. Said crime was registered as Sessions Case No. 999 of 2022 and is pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. 2.

Mr. Prashant Raul, learned Advocate for the Applicant, has tendered a copy of the Judgment dated 7th August, 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Special Case No.999 of 2022 by which the Applicant is acquitted in the said crime, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of the Judgment dated 7th August, 2025, Mr. Prashant Raul submits that the present Bail Application has become infructuous.

Criminal Bail Application No. 483 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
