Heard Mr. Panchange, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent - the State of Maharashtra.

This is an Application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short 'B.N.S.S') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.143 of 2024 registered with Vashind Police Station for offences punishable under Sections Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act').

Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP has persuaded the Court to give her time to file Affidavit-in-Reply in view of the fact that there is indictment of four Accused and Applicant before me is member of the group of persons who are operating for the principal Accused

Considering that recovery is of intermediate quantity from the residential flat taken on leave and licence by Respondent No.1 and Applicant being apprehended from the said flat alongwith the contraband prosecution is permitted to file its Affidavit-in-Reply which shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
