For the reasons recorded separately, the application is allowed and I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. Application is allowed.

ii. The Applicant be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 119 of 2023 registered with Uran Police Station, District - Raigad, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

iii. The Applicant shall mark his attendance with the concerned police station on First Saturday of each month between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. till framing of charge.

iv. The Applicant shall surrender his passport, if any. v. The Applicant shall remain present before the trial Court on each date unless exempted by the trial Court. vi. The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, victim, witness or any person concerned with the case. vii. The Trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations made in this order and shall decide the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. viii. Liberty is granted to the State for cancellation of bail if the Applicant commits similar offence.

ix. The Applicant undertakes not to created third party interest in relation to the property stand in the name of the Applicant.

x. The Applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer in completing process as regards attachment of the Shantanu S. Dhudum 2/3

property.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
