The order dated 04.03.2025 stands complied with. Mr. Dedhia, learned APP has placed on record report dated 06.03.2025 reading of which confirms the fact that Applicant is Sero HIV positive and undergoing through ART treatment at present to which he is requiring to be maintained on special diet and required to be regularly taken to JJ Group of Hospital. Prima facie, it is stated that vital statistics of Applicant is within normal limit but he is having complaint of weakness and suffering weight loss as stated in the report. 3.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to take up this
