Praecipe is filed for medical urgency on the ground that Applicant is suffering from a very serious heart ailment as stated in the praecipe. Copy of the Application and the praecipe has been handed over to learned APP Mr. Haldankar.

Learned APP shall call for an appropriate report from the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned Jail Hospital where the Applicant is lodged and place the same before this Court within a period of one week from today to enable this Court to consider the medical bail sought by the Applicant.
