VACATION COURT .

This Application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for enlargement of the Applicant on bail. 2.

The Applicant is arrested in Crime No. 230/2025 registered on 23/3/2025 with Police Station, Warud, District Amravati (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The Applicant is arrested on 30/3/2025 and is languished in Jail since then. 3.

The allegations against the Applicant is that he is involved in offence of theft of property around Rs.8000/-. It does not appear from the reply filed by the Respondent that the Applicant has any criminal antecedents. The investigation is over and custody of the Applicant is no longer required. 4.

In that view of the matter, following order is passed.

ORDER

(1) The Applicant - Akash Naresh Warudkar be released on bail in Crime No. 230/2025 registered with Police Station, Warud, District Amravati (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on executing PR Bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- with solvent surety in the like amount. (2) The Applicant shall, at the time of execution of bond, furnish his residential address and telephone/mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and the Court concerned along with the residential addresses and telephone/mobile numbers of his two blood relations. He shall not change the residence till final disposal of the case, without prior intimation to the Court.

(3) The Applicant shall regularly attend the court and cooperate the learned trial court to complete the trial for the above offences.

(4) The Applicant shall not tamper the evidence in any manner so far collected by the Investigating Officer. (5) In case of breach of any conditions, the learned trial court is at liberty to cancel the bail after giving opportunity of hearing to both the sides.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

In view of disposal of the Bail Application, pending
